The Southwestern Regional Board is pleased to announce that the 2025 Southwestern Regional IGP & FH Championship has been approved to take place from February 27 to March 2, 2025, in Marana, Arizona. This championship will be hosted by the Southern Arizona Schutzhund Club and the Danubius Club, and will feature USCA/GSSCC/CWDF Licensed Judge Andrea Duggan-Jantzen.
This event will bring together the region's top working dog teams, with the IGP Championship as the main event and, for the first time in the Southwest Region, the FH Championship for tracking enthusiasts. The focus will be on creating a supportive and enjoyable competition experience that showcases the dedication and skill of every participant.

Location Details
Primary Venue: 38582 S Rans Ln, Marana, AZ
Note: The competition field is located near an active airport runway at Twin Hawks Airpark. To ensure safety, there may be restrictions on vehicle access. A traffic coordinator will be on-site to direct vehicles and limit trips in and out of the area as needed.
The competition field is private property and will be fully equipped for both obedience and protection phases. Private practice opportunities on the competition field will be available in the months leading up to the event. Please contact Marion Swetzer directly (by email or text) to make arrangements.
Directions
Important: GPS will not take you to the correct location. Please follow these directions exactly to avoid getting lost.
Directions from Phoenix:
• Exit I-10 at #226 Red Rock
• Turn left, then left again, and go over the bridge to the end of the road
• Turn right onto Frontage Road (I-10 will be on your right)
• Drive 4.9 miles and turn left on Missile Base Road
• Drive 2 miles, then turn left on Estancia
• Drive 1.1 miles, then turn right on Davis Ranch Road
• Drive 1.9 miles, then turn right on Cattle Tank Road
• Drive ½ mile, turn left on Aster
• Drive ½ mile, turn right
• A couple of hundred yards later, you’ll see the Twin Hawks Airpark gate
Directions from Tucson:
• Exit I-10 at #236 Marana
• Turn right off the exit, then left onto Frontage Road
• Drive 5.5 miles, then turn right onto Missile Base Road
• Drive 2 miles, then turn left on Estancia
• Drive 1.1 miles, then turn right on Davis Ranch Road
• Drive 1.9 miles, then turn right on Cattle Tank Road
• Drive ½ mile, turn left on Aster
• Drive ½ mile, turn right
• Follow the road a couple of hundred yards to the Twin Hawks Airpark gate
Gate Entry:
An entry code will be posted at the gate, and arrows will guide you to the property with the trial field.
Tracking Fields
The tracking field location will be disclosed at the draw. The fields consist of plowed dirt, and while conditions may vary with weather, every effort will be made to ensure fairness across all tracking phases.

Veterinary Services
For emergency veterinary care, the Southern Arizona Veterinary Specialty & Emergency Center (open 24/7) will be available.
For non-emergencies, there will be a licensed veterinarian onsite on Saturday and Sunday.
